The location was marvelous and perfect for me. I loved the quiet room complete with free Wi-Fi and a bath, plus a newly refurbished bathroom.

The room was comfortable and clean, offering a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. There was a variety of nearby food options, including a quick-stop shop and several popular fast-food chains. The hotel's location was convenient for attending a local wedding, and it was situated in a quiet area away from road noise.

The cleanliness outside the buildings left much to be desired, with cigarette litter and broken seats scattered around. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and although attempts were made to adjust it, the thermostat had little effect.

Easy to find, comfortable, quick check in, welcome room tea, smiling staff to serve breakfast, plenty and variety to eat, parking ample space, close to shopping centre, very nice dining and breakfast area, cleanliness. Good value for money.

Room 11 was a bit noisy from outside.

No complaint, the venue met every demand, would be happy to recommend it. Had very comfortable stay on first night of stay and the weather was mild. The breakfast was satisfactory with variety of dishes. The location was magnificent - just next door to the main dual carriageway through Dundee from Perth direction northbound.

This hotel is conveniently located near all major motorways and a quick drive to the city. the rooms are definitely comfortable and well-maintained. Service here is second to none as the friendly staff goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs. breakfast served here is delicious and will definitely kick-start your day perfectly. If you prefer a great view, you will be disappointed as there are none. the facilities provided are worth a mention and add on to an otherwise pleasant stay.

One inconvenience is that the entrance/exit route can get busy during peak hours.

The best thing for us was that the location allowed family and friends to come to us and have a meal or a drink

The facilities for a disabled guest were not what we required although we had made certain presumptions

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist who checked us in to the restaurant staff who kindly booked us a table for dinner. Secondly, the room in the new Annex was spotlessly clean and matched the standards we anticipated from this type of hotel. We were impressed with the extra pillows provided and the excellent mirrors in the room. Lastly, the location was ideal - just a short drive from the city center but peacefully situated outside the hustle and bustle.

All was fine during our stay, nothing to complain about.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that had both a bath and a shower, providing convenience for all guests. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location just outside the city was ideal as it allowed for a peaceful stay, while still being only a short drive away from the center. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all covered, allowing for a hassle-free stay. Additionally, having breakfast included was a fantastic bonus, providing a delicious start to the day.

Despite a few minor hiccups, all was satisfactory during my stay.
